COVID19 – Safety Protocols

We would like to inform our partners and future passengers that as part of our commitment to take care of all our guests our current focus is on redefining our safety standards to ensure a safe and responsible return to travelling. In order to achieve this our company have been implemented health and hygiene global standardized safety protocols, outlined by WTTC, so everybody can experience ‘Safe Travels’ during their private transfer services and tours.

Check below the list of the safety protocols

  • Sanitization Material in Cars

There are always two hand sanitizer (one for the driver and one for the travellers at the back seats of the vehicle)and two packs of sanitizing wipes available in each of our vehicles.

  • 20min Car Airing Time

We proceed with airing our vehicles for 20 minutes before operating every transfer.

  • Driver Protective Equipment

Drivers always wear a protective mask and gloves during the transfers.

  • Car Cleaning Process

The cleaning process has two stages:

    1. Before each new transfer, driver cleans all key touchpoints of the vehicle
    2. In the presence of the traveller, driver sanitizes the main touchpoints that the travellers will touch when entering the car

  • Contactless Ride
Driver always keep a safe distance (more than 1 meter) between him and the travellers, as well as their belongings

  • No Air-Conditioning

The travellers will have the option to request a ride without air-conditioning/heating or with open windows. Driver always asks the travellers despite the pre-selection in the transfer details.

  • Passenger limitation

Up to 6 passengers (including the driver) allowed to be in the minivan during a transfer.

Up 9 passengers (including the driver) allowed to be in the minibus during a transfer.

Additionally to that, our drivers are daily informed about any protocol updates and they are certified by the local authorized training center KEK GENNIMATAS LLL.
